"My first time using Preckshot Pharmacy. Staff was very helpful & friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when told they would deliver as they could not complete my order that day. Already impressed with this customer service. Imagine my surprise when delivery driver voluntarily picked up my bag of trash (outside my door) & took it to my can on his way back to vehicle. He had never met me & was unaware of my mobility issues. Such a small gesture that meant so much to me. Small town feel in a city."

"This was my first time getting a prescription here. There had been numerous advertisements about $10 off a new/transferred subscription. When I finally was able to be helped, the gentleman completing my order didn't know how to work the register correctly to complete my payment. I also asked about the discount since it applied to me. He said he didn't believe so, that he didn't know anything about it and didn't even ask anyone else. My husband and I had just heard the advertisement on the radio as we were heading to pick up my prescription and still here it today. I felt like the gentleman who helped me wasn't very knowledgeable as to what was offered by Preckshot."

"I called Preckshot at 9 am on a Friday to see if they could make a prescription for my dog that I’ve had a hard time getting ahold of due to supply issues. They confirmed they were able to make it for me, I had my vet send over the script, and they had it ready for me by 12:15 the same day. Not only were they super friendly, helpful, and speedy, but the price was way better than what I’ve been paying at a big box store, I couldn’t be happier with the service!
