Hy-Vee Pharmacy

"This location is apparently understaffed. Maybe it's because there's a shortage of qualified pharmacists (or assistants) or maybe it's Hy-vee corporate's decisions to limit staff and save $$$. So the overworked staff means longer wait times in line. The most recent bonehead corporate decision: transfer most of the filling of prescriptions to a corporate Fulfillment Center in Iowa. What this means is that alot of our prescriptions now take at least an extra day to fill. So Hy-vee Corporate's latest ploy to wring extra dollars from its customers means waiting even longer for prescriptions. There are still two qualified pharmacists who make it worth sticking it out here. Don't know how much longer we'll be able to do that!!"

"They where great but this past month there delivery driver never brings my prescription the pharmacy has no clue why and can't get ahold of driver and some days you call and they put you on hold never come back to the phone or just hang up on you."

"I literally HATE talking to this Seth guy at the pharmacy. I hope you end up letting him go because the way he treats people is crazy to me . I don't understand how he is still working with the public in general . TERRIBLE customer service. Definitely going to another pharmacy like he suggested ( before hanging up in my face) after I told him I don't appreciate the way he talks to me every time I call. Hyvee, get him out of there !! He's not a good representation of your company!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have been using this pharmacy for years, and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. When I first moved from out of state they coordinated with my doctors offices and insurance (with *very* long hold times) to fill my prescriptions. I'm assisted with a smile, no matter how busy they are. Today pharmacist Doug even saved me $35 on my prescription and helped me figure out how to use my new FSA card. Both him and pharmacist Seth always answer any questions I have about my medications. You can tell their whole team truly cares. Also the text notifications when my prescription is ready are convenient and save me from guesswork and waiting. When I'm feeling unwell there's always peace of mind for me that getting medication to feel better won't be a hassle. I'm very appreciative of their great service and will continue filling my prescriptions here."

"If anyone gives less than a 5-star review, I think that person needs to be questioned. I looked at the few bad reviews and of course those people have left bad reviews on numerous companies. I think this pharmacy and its staff is as good as it gets! Mallory is absolutely amazing. Seth is a complete rockstar! Zack and the rest of the staff are all truly amazing people. I absolutely guarantee they do their best to best serve each and every customer. Sometimes their are laws and rules that they have no control over, yet people blame them for those issues. As a business owner myself, I can honesty say that if any business deserves 5 stars it is this pharmacy!"
