"Dr. Rohde is great. She has been our family doctor for years. However, the system was down so it took about 30 minutes to connect using two different software applications and then we ended up finally having to do a phone call. The front desk never passed my original phone call onto Dr. Rohde’s nurse so it took me three days to actually schedule a call with the doctor. Once the nurse got the message a call was scheduled same day."

"Love Dr. Rohde. She's a great listener and helps navigate life's medical challenges. We so appreciate her! The support staff seems a little overwhelmed and can be abrupt at times. It would be great to see Loyola make improvements to patient access and the patient experience outside of just doctor-patient interactions."
