"I have had a great experience with Debbie Pavone. She did my orthotics fitting and explained the process of wearing them. I’ve had orthotics before but was never given the full instructions on how to use them, along with a form on usage. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. The receptionists were fine. I had no difficulties with my payment. I too had a long wait for the orthotics but that is not unusual. Every place I’ve been to, in the past 10 plus years, has always taken awhile as the manufacturer finished them. So, I like the experience at this Hanger Clinic of Oakbrook Terrace, especially from Debbie Pavone."

"There is a very long waiting period between handing over the Rx to the clinic and the appointment for measurement by their specialist. After measurement, the patient has to wait for another month for receiving the diabetic shoe and inserts. Consequently, after receiving the Rx from podiatrist, the patient remains without any pain relief for about three months including insurance processing by this clinic. The management of the clinic needs to look into this problem being faced by the patients."
