"Maciano’s never disappoints! Majority of the time we receive excellent food quality as ordered. If we have had any issues it is usually on a holiday or a special occasion when business is at a high but even on those occasions the manager will give us a percentage off our next order which is greatly appreciated!"
"We ordered a pan pizza on-line for pick-up and it was ready as promised and delicious! Ingredients were fresh, tomato sauce had a slight sweetness which we like and the Italian sausage was terrific. The crust was crispy for a pan pizza, again very good! We’ve found other restaurants tend to sacrifice on key ingredients, but your pan pizza was very good and we’re consistently satisfied. Keep up the great work! Thank you"
"Ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza online through Mariano’s website. Picked it up and there was no sauce on it. Called them and they said there is nothing they can do. They are unable to refund us since it was an online order? And if they make a new one we have to pay for it. So we just threw about $25 down the drain. Not coming here again. And be careful ordering online since they’re unable to fix any issues if THEY make your order wrong. TERRIBLE customer service Update: not sure why they ask you to reach out to the email listed below. They do not respond. Again, terrible customer service. This place doesn’t care about their customers."
"Stopped in for lunch and was blown away at the quality and service. The complimentary bread sticks were amazing! The 12 inch deep dish was huge. I thought I'd be able to eat it all. Not even close. Delicious sauce, cheese, sausage and the crust was buttery. So good. The hostess/waitress, Sophia, was awesome! So helpful and made great suggestions! Wasn't sure when I stopped here, but left a completely satisfied customer."
"Rylee, the manager was fabulous. She remembered our order and it came fairly fast. They have $1 draft pint size beer on Monday nights. They give you complimentary dough nuggets. The bruchetta had a lot of garlic, but I loved the flavor. The pizza is one of the best I've ever had. I ordered my own pasta with the vodka sauce and we can't wait to go back!"
