"We made our last visit to this Dairy Queen. I about choked when the total was $70. I looked at the receipt and saw they charged me $3.09 for a Large ice water… an ice water. The final straw was watching the kid who ran the register wipe his nose with his hand and then wipe it on the side of his jeans. He then proceeded to put the food in the bag. YUCK!!!"
"Person who took my order was great, ice cream was fine, it’s 8:35pm on 8/27/23, a girl in there was being just AUFUL to her coworkers, a small mistake had apparently occurred and all she could do was (literally) SHOUT at them and talk about how “she wasn’t going to get the blame” she was using profanities with customers in the building and everything. Everybody has a bad night I get it, but treat your coworkers with dignity and respect lady."
"Ordered a burger. While waiting for the burger I can see the staff attempting to nuke something in the microwave. Doesn’t look like it worked because my bacon was still raw."
"Place was absolutely dirty no one in dining room and no staff cleaning it. The windows are all streaked see the pics and the fireplace. The tables shown in pics not even clean. The chili cheese dog was terrible the chili tasted like it was cooked forever or reheated or possibly left cooking all day. The bun was hard and stale. Totally disappointed and we were not even here during peak dining hours. Just unacceptable even being short handed."
