"Give yourself the gift to get chiropractor treatment. I was hesitant and scare no doubt. However, the entire team make me feel at ease and relax. Answered my questions and took me by the hand. "I've been with the Joliet Clinic for 3 years and I have had an amazing experience. Dr Diana and Dr Jose Carlo are very professional, they know exactly where my body needs pain relief without me saying a word. The staff is friendly, Leo and Charlie have been amazing. After my first two months of treatment I decided to continue going for maintenance and I've been doing this twice a month since then. My mom had an old knee injury and one day at work all of a sudden was inflamed and needed immediate attention; she was not a patience but because I was already a patience, when I called the clinic to ask if they could see a new patience and explained what was going on with my mom, they accepted her immediately. I took my mom to the clininc and on the same day she received her first adjustment. I believe it's almost been a year and she's been a patience since then; she loves it. With the recent changes on their schedule, I felt discouraged because one of my appointments was canceled through text message with a very short notice (I usually go to get adjusted after work and I can make it to the clinic 5:30pm or after), but I was able to get there and adjusted. Dr. Diana spoke to the staff to change our appointment time in order to avoid receiving thise cancelation messages. Over all, I continue loving it #Teamcharlie"
