"Lab techs are rude. Seems like they are having a bad day doing their job. Just throwing the sign in clip board and not saying anything. Not good customer service. A little courtesy and a smile will go a long way. I have to give it to the guy that drew my blood though. He is very good!"

"Took me too long to do this out of respect of a close family member. I am not a patient. However, my family member is. Has been for many years. She talks highly about her doctor. I've always wondered why, because I always worry about her, because nothing ever seems to be done properly. Nothing is absolutely ever fixed. I spend years worrying about my close ones health and losing faith in the medical system. I don't believe " Duly" cares about your health at all. It's all a game from what I've observed. This place is always taking new patients so you can literally never get it in. I'm convinced this isn't even a health care facility at this point. It makes sense as to why you're being investigated.. Maybe jobs should have been done properly to begin with. Now, I know there are great doctors out there. However, do better. Honestly. Why are people always leaving with more questions as opposed to answers. Additionally, why do you put things on people's charts, that aren't even spoken about, or even discussed? I wouldn't step foot in this place. I want my loved one to be taken care of. Isn't that what medical care is all about? Do better."

"Radiology- On 12/2/21 I had a needle breast biopsy using a mammogram machine. My appointment was on time. I loved my mammo technicians Joanne and Ashley! I didn't do very well with the procedure and was ready to pass out a few times. Dr. H. Patel was competent and kind enough, but these ladies were angels! They exceeded my expectations with their accommodations, compassion, and physically caring for me! I received my benign results the very next day on My Chart and with a follow-up phone call."
