"Went in to the store on a Sunday for some new cleats I need for start of baseball season. I was meet at the door by a man who stated there new policy on the weekends that you need to be 18 years of age or older to enter. Granted I’m 17 and on the verge of Turing 18 and was amazed by the rule and how it is only implemented at this location. Sad to see how because one store cannot manage their inventory properly everyone has to suffer. Crazy to think that I need to show an ID to purchase shoes."
"They have a pretty cool scanning feature to help customers request shoe sizes. You scan the shoe you’d like to try and you choose the size and color and it asks for your name and color shirt you’re wearing. It will give you an ETA when an associate will be with you. I much prefer this than hunting down an associate to help you. Also, huge store with many items on clearance."
"Front-end team is top level amazing. They took their time helping me resolve my issue. They’re so patient with me and they both (Dami and Christina) don’t stop until they have figured things out for me. Amazing team. Will always come back here."
"Had a great shopping experience here. Customer service was very helpful through the whole experience. I came in for an exchange as I bought the wrong size shoe the other day. Was looking for a simple exchange, but when they didn't have my size, the blonde girl working the shoes area (didn't catch her name) brought out a handful of new pairs to make sure I found something I was happy with. Walked out with a much better fitting pair of shoes and will make sure to come back here when I need the next pair!"
"Nice big store but seems a little bit pricey Not enough staff Escalator was broken Although they have a lot of stuff but the staff seems inadequate and uninterested in helping the customers. Could do better with the prices. Restrooms were clean. Store is very big."
