"I went to return women’s top with 3 tags attached to it.The guy at register said it’s used(he was Asian guy with specs dark skin)very unprofessional and doesn’t have any kind of sense.He called the manager named Jonny he also refused to take it back,the manager was so disgusting and disrespectful he should be fired.I went to other Ross in Bloomingdale they took it back happily..I have never experienced this kind of customer service."
