"Picked up my online order. The attendant was very friendly and helpful."
"This particular location has a rude and obnoxious manager. While the register clerk was trying to be helpful, it was only AFTER I paid for the purchase, that they mentioned "Oh, we have no supercash to give you." There was a pile sitting next to the register. "No, this is for new custormers." They are the exact same cash vouchers for regular customers, mind you. When I pressed, the manager said, "yes, oh well, we have no s-c, sorry. You can come back later. She claimed I'd be given $30 voucher towards the almost $200 I just spent. And if you'd split your purchase, you'd have gotten more." So, you flippingly offer this information AFTER I complete my purchase, when I could have done two purchases to begin with? Absolutely careless. And her attitude was of annoyance that the customer dare question that you don't have supercash. She wasnt having a bad day. She was rude. I won't be returning to this store. Very disappointed."

"So I was looking to get myself something nice. I go to Old Navy. They have all these signs on the racks. Some say 60% off some 40% and I see this section of dresses $15. I go try it on. Finally in a smaller size than last time I shopped. Loved the dress! Go to check out and it’s $55. See pictures. Maybe I am just stupid, they claim the rack has 4 sections and each is a different price. Of course the one I liked is not included on the sale even though they placed a sign in the middle of this set up. I let them know it was very deceiving. She said we do the best we can. Then she proceeds to show me how all four sides of this rack are considered different prices. Very disappointing. That dress is definitely not worth $55.52 with tax."
"I like the Niles Old Navy better than the one in Harwood Heights - clean, organized, always good stuff in clearance. Good quality men's jeans and I love their women's sweaters. Their sunglasses are very sturdy, too."
