"Do NOT do online order pickup at this store. They either gave the order to someone else without an ID (unlikely) or an employee "picked it up" and marked it as the customer having picked it up. Regardless, bad business practice and now we have to find a last minute replacement gift."

"I went in to get a rosin bag. Had looked online and it showed they had it in the store. The baseball section was right up front, so I asked the young man working in that section where I could find it. He was beyond clueless! He wandered aimlessly around looking at something on his phone and finally handed me a giant bag, I told him that looked like a bag for a bat, ball and glove. Again he asked what I was looking for and I repeated myself. He told me to stay put and he would be right back and he trotted off. 5 minutes later he still hadn't returned and no one else was anywhere around to ask, so I left. I certainly won't be back!!"

"1st time here! We came on a Monday morning and it wasn’t busy at all. It was a quick in and out for me since I placed an order online for pick up. There is spots up front in the parking lot to park for pickup and curb side bring outs. Tons of parking available."
