They may try to hire someone sweet but they don’t stay because the chubby girl and and the manager that’s been there awhile are mean and rude. I think they should be replaced them to get better vibes in store. They don’t speak when u come in . Customer service is very bad here please pray for them you guys."

"I have 2 stars because citi trends is my local Shein, however the employees in this location could use a raise and some people skills. I’ve never in my life seen managers and asst managers act as if they didn’t want to deal with the customer! I just had an horrible experience with Al whom I am assuming is a manager I was on my phone he needed to get by and instead of saying excuse me he made a smart comment. Then when I said something he said he asked could he get by and didn’t want to interrupt me! Please Al! You were being rude and didn’t want to be bothered on top of no thank you or anything! This store needs to close and get some better training with staff! I’m truly upset because I shop there all the time and wish I could shop online because I hate the customer service in this store! Do better people we do not have to shop there and if you don’t like your job find something else and GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
