"Return an item and the customer service was the worst I ever experienced. They would not give my money back because according to them they don't associate with visa anymore, so if you purchase with a visa card you will only get store credit. The lies aren't really my concern, it was how I was treated during this interaction. I won't change this review until they do something about it."

"Sad to lose a customer because manager did not have "time" to talk to a customer or understand an issue. Item ordered on line for pickup in store was said not to be in stock when we got to the store. Had to cancel order and place at store 10 miles away, only to find out it was on the shelf. Tried to get order changed and told to cancel order and they would not honor 20 percent off as it was "used" on order they wanted me to cancel? What gives. Manager to busy to talk directly to customers. POOR customer service."
