"I have been at Mayer's twice and the first time they did the work very quickly. The second time they took longer. I requested the tape not to be taken off my door sensor because it doesn't work without it and they still removed it and it took a long time for the new tape to make the door sensor work. My car tire had a flat the next day that I picked it up and my car makes a jiggling sound like if a part is loose on the bumper that was replaced. The car was not cleaned well from the inside, there was a lot of dust everywhere. I do overall like how the body work is done but they have some things to improve on."
"First, let me say, the repairs they performed look good so I think they did a good job. The problem comes with not getting my car back when they said I would and no calls from them as to why the delays. I called on Friday and was told the car wasn't ready it was in paint, they would call me morning to tell me when to pick it up. No call on Monday so I called them and was told the car was in paint . Same excuse, makes no sense. I was able to pick it up on Tuesday but no apology for the delay. I guess I should be happy the work they did was good but the customer service was poor at best. Hopefully I won't need repairs again but if I do I will be looking elsewhere."
