"The workout classes, that I attend, have a tendency to be too large. I spend a few minutes, before each class, in a dilemma of whether I should stay in the class or not, on that day. Members, literally, are performing the workout "right next to" the trainer: the class, at this point is too full. In my opinion, that is. However, and to be fair, I am pleased with the overall ethos of the facility. No business is perfect so I want to judge the Y with a healthy expectation; that is, the Y can be improved, in Morris."
