"Donald the shop manager was very helpful of my car situation. I stated to him that couple of mechanics stated that it was only Serpentine belt that needed to be replaced. It was wrong. It was more than that. Donald showed me what was wrong with the car and where the damage was. It was an old car and very dependable. Whoever the mechanic was/were didn't go further to scrutinize the noise from the engine. It was the condenser that was out. Anything to do with this HVAC system will damage further internal parts including steering system, overheating... I highly recommend Mike's More Miles shop in St. Charles, IL. This is my opinion since I have experienced a very easing explanation from the manager himself. You don't need to take my recommendation, but this is my experience. I will go back to have my other vehicle to be service by this shop."
