I smashed my sideview mirror pulling out of the garage the day before we left for a couple of months, and they worked with my husband to come pick up the car, fix the mirror, and returned our car. It's a huge relief to have that taken care of in such a seamless way. We've been taking our cars to Fox River for a long time and they are nothing but trustworthy and knowledgeable!"

"For all you Costco shoppers, this place offers a discount for Costco members, 15% I think, which contributed to the reason I initially came here. I needed to get a check engine light taken care of, and they took care of it quickly. There was a bit of a hiccup, though, since the light went back on pretty quickly after getting my car back. They were very apologetic after looking at it again and told me that a connection either did not get connected correctly, or disconnected in the short time I had my car back. Either way, they handled it professionally and quickly, which I appreciate. I also enjoyed the communication/billing system they have. I was able to see pictures of what was wrong with my car via a link they sent to my phone. Through the interface, I could read about their diagnosis and eatimate, and approve or decline each item. I was able to pay via the same interface at the end of the service. Very convenient! I will definitely come back here in the future."

"I spent over 1K on my car the last year because the car would move left and then right when I accelerated. The places I went did an alignment and said I was good. I decided to bring it to Fox River Tire because my dad knew I think the owner. They fixed my issue and also sent me a quote. I had a choice of what to do.
