"I have two wedding rings that I purchased here over the years. Last week, I dropped into the store to have them cleaned. Wendy buzzed me in and was on the phone. She called out to me that she’d be with me in a minute but I was left waiting much longer. I could hear that she wasn’t even attempting to wrap up her phone conversation so I left. I got my rings cleaned at another jeweler and will take my future business elsewhere. When customers enter your store they should take priority over a phone client, especially if you’re the only rep in the store. Last time I was in and purchased a ring, I had other pieces that I left there for her to estimate value for my insurance company. It took her weeks to complete. Half of the jewelry cases are now covered with brown paper as they have been since her store was vandalized some time ago. At that time, I was told they were getting new cases but that doesn’t seem to have happened. Not a lot of jewelry on display to shop for."

"Terrible experience .I came in to resize a wedding ring she asked me twice if I have a job and where did I get the ring !!! lol . She told me she would have to send it somewhere to get an estimate also refused to take a measure of my finger so I can't bring my business elsewhere LOL for real . I went to the mall 2 min away and got the estimate in 5 min and my finger measured . I actually am their neighbor live walking distance from this place and get ice cream next door all the time . Don't recommend this to anybody. It's the worst shopping experience of my life"
