"10/10 Service and even better customer service. Had our Sump Pump system go out during last nights storm and flood out our basement. Gave Precision Today a call first thing in the morning and they had someone at our door that afternoon! We had Chad Childress as our technician and he was courteous and cordial from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the steps of his repair and explained exactly what was wrong with our system and the options we had available, because of this we ended up going with a full system replacement, and he was still in and out of our home within the hour! For anyone looking for prompt and efficient service, I would highly recommend Precision Today."

"Tornado knocked down a tree in our yard and it ripped the box and riser off the side of our house, we had exposed wires and extremely dangerous. I called and spoke to Diane in the office and she was fantastic. She sent an urgent request to dispatch right away and only about 2 hrs later Kevin showed up to assess what was going on. He was thorough and wanted to get us back up with power and in a safe spot ASAP. Unfortunately everything we needed had to be ordered, but he put the request in and drove out to their whse to get it first thing in the morning. He spent 4 hrs in the 20 degrees temps to get our power restored. He was fantastic. Highly recommend. Afterwards I talked to the supervisor and he vowed to help us get reimbursement from homeowners if they gave us any troubles. Great company, great people all around."

"Brandon arrived on time and was polite. He installed two valves for our washer dryer (one of the old ones was leaking). He gave us a quote on a few options and got right to work after getting a few parts. He was efficient and we only had the water off to our part of the building for less than a half hour. Update: We had to have Brandon come back out to tighten one of the valves, it had a really slow leak at the threads, stuff happens it was really hard to notice at the time. I know a call back isn't desirable and I would have expected Brandon to be slightly annoyed but he came and was just as courteous as the first time. He was able to get the valve another half turn to really get it tight. Unfortunately that meant the valve next to it would look like it's upside down! Fortunately he offered to turn the other valve a half turn also to make them look the same. I was concerned after he was done about the hoses to the washer having to go up and over the valve to connect to the water hammer arrester. After a little thought we realized that we can rotate the arresters a half turn also. Now there isn't any tight bends in the hoses and it looks even better! Thankyou Brandon for coming out on a Saturday morning."

"Precision/Miller has been taking care of my every need since I moved here the end of 2022. Although some of their administrative responsibilities have been wonky and we've had some miscommunications and unexpected cancellations, I am pleased with the service. They are thorough and our stuff works great. They were able to get a plumber out to us next-day, which was great because one of our sinks stopped draining and it was a sink we use daily. Everyone who has been here has been respectful and friendly. Which is a huge plus because there are some things about me that are just a bit unconventional. :) I have never felt judged by any of them. I thought at first their rates for each drain for were pretty high, but then I reached out to a plumber friend I trust deeply and found that his rates were the same! Shows what I know. However, my plumber friend quoted me nearly $1k less on a 50 gallon standard hot water heater (installed and out the door) than Precision quoted me. He doesn't give me discounts either, and I didn't tell him what Precision quoted before so asked. So this was alarming. I won't be using Precision for a water heater. But make no mistake, our membership with Precision is worth it as the benefits are very useful. You definitely get more than you pay for with that membership."

"We had our furnace go out in December and when our home warranty company was no where to be found, Precision Today was right there to help educate us on the state of our old system and recommend a replacement (much needed!). They claimed they had a superior warranty and it is really is true. Flash forward to January with these polar vortex temperatures and our unit wasn’t running at full capacity. Called up Precision Today and they were true to their word, we got priority placement on the schedule and had someone to the house right away. The office staff and all the technicians we’ve interacted with have been top notch and I definitely recommend."
