"Went for oil change and tire rotation. They stripped the bolt on my oil pan and didn’t mention that it had happened. Car was dangerously leaking oil. They did replace my oil pan at no charge. However, I just had my brakes fixed (by someone else) and was told that my lug nuts were only finger tight. I don’t usually post reviews but this was so negligent and dangerous that I felt compelled to do so."
