"This isn’t against this location at all, but why the hell is there a ladies month and not a man’s month? You don’t think we’re sick of doing our own oil changes? As an ex employee of grease monkey, the jokes in this company are ridiculous. They see a woman and everyone of the employees freaks out and goes crazy. NOT ok, you primates. Gross behavior . 15% of for oil changes , how about I , as a male, get 15/20% of a larger service that I may not be able to do?"

"Terrible service got quoted for rear breaks when I told him I just got those done! He said no it’s the rear breaks the front breaks are brand new! When he quoted me an outrageous price I was forced to call Waukegan tire for a quote and thank God they gave me a better price but not only that they said your rear brakes are brand new it’s your front breaks that need service !!!! I said that what I told the guy with dreads at grease monkey! I waited 45 min for his lazy slow self to quote me on rear breaks when those were new!!! I paid a lot of money for my rear breaks was he trying to steal my calipers !!! What was he doing ?!!!! I was a faithful customer when the old owner was there that’s why I kept going but I’ll never go back there !!! I’m going back to Waukegan tire where they are certified, better prices and don’t rip people off!!! He even moved my car out the garage and nobody was waiting why did he drive my car out ?!!!! Terrible service !!!! I can’t trust grease monkey and I hope to hear from the manager ! Im at Waukegan tire now !"

"This is the best Grease Monkey location I have been to yet. Kevin and Percy took amazing care of me and had me in and out super quick as well! This is the place to go for friendly, quick, and quality service for your vehicle."

"Got in at 502. A guy took all my information and I was waiting about 40 minutes. Oil changes take some time, but I went to check on the status, since the guy who checked me in was on the phone. He then said that they had to order the oil filter. The "owner" tells me they also had an emergency where they had to clean up an oil spill.The statement went along the lines of, "If OSHA came in here.." Great, if its that big of an issue, communicate that to your customers. Communication is severely lacking at this location. The "owner" and the manager were trying their best, I guess? A coupon or any discount doesn't make up for the fact that I waited around and ended up having to leave without the service I came in for."
