"In August of this year, I broke my ankle on my trip to Illinois which required me to make accommodations to get back home. When looking for a limousine/car service I reached out to multiple companies and explained my situation which was the accommodation of rolling my bag to the guest services area where the airport personnel would take over and get me to where I needed to be. Naperville Limousine, Inc ensured me they would pair me with an experienced driver who would get me to where I needed to be in the airport which is why I ended up going with Naperville Limousine, Inc. The pickup was good, the car was clean and spacious just as they said it would be which is the reason, I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 but the driver didn’t fulfill the most important part of the service which was getting me to the guest services desk. We stopped in front of the correct terminal, and he proceeded to bring my bag to the curb. I am on crutches at the time and am shuffling over to the sidewalk focusing on not falling. When I get to the sidewalk and look, I see my driver driving off. So, I was stuck on the sidewalk with a 60-pound bag that I could not roll. The guest services desk was 40-50 feet away from where I was dropped off luckily but after 10 minutes of trying to roll my bag with my crutches, I had to leave my bag on the sidewalk and make my way to the guest services desk as quickly as possible hoping no one took my bag. Luckily everything went ok but it was not a good experience to have especially after having a bad trip. I was hoping the car service would make my life easier not harder."

"The driver was great and the car was great. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because we had to change the time and when they sent the new invoice it was not even the car we wanted. If I had not have caught that. I would have been mad."

"1 star is too kind for this company. We recently had our wedding and booked a 30 passenger party bus through them. What things does a couple typically desire on their wedding day from a transportation company? To name a few: be on time, to have a good time, to utilize music, to be comfortable! We received zero of these. Seconds after departing from our first location, the AC unit on the back of the bus started POURING (not dripping) water out of the unit. Im not talking about a few drops, i’m talking about liters worth of water at once. This is inconveniently located at the back of the bus where the bride and groom typically sit. The back of the bus and then later the floor of the bus was completely soaked in water. This didnt happen once or twice, it happened at EVERY turn throughout the day. We truly didnt understand how there was still more water coming out of this thing. The driver was zero help in getting this resolved and we booked a 6 hour service, the issue persisted throughout the whole day. The speakers stopped working halfway through the day. Our church was directly next to I-90, but yet the drive took it upon himself to go 30+ minutes out of the way to get to I-290 on the complete opposite site of the city. Our guests arrived to the reception space within 30 mins, it took us an hour and 20 mins for reference! This completely destroyed our photo/video time. We contacted them immediately after the event and were ignored at every attempt. After multiple tries to resolve this, we were forced to open a dispute with our credit card company. They finally reached out and offered a laughable $50 discount. This is not even the valued difference of the 24 vs. 30 passenger bus on their website and we couldn't even sit the 30 people on the bus due to the horrendous water in the back rendering multiple seats unusable. This was the single worst decision for our wedding day. If you want to avoid poor customer service, an uncomfortable ride, and a headache on of of the most important days of your life… RUN, don’t walk, as far as you can away from this company."
