"I've been to three different Pep Boys and each time everything was fantastic. I came in with what I thought was a simple burnt-out bulb issue that turned out to be rodent damage. The service managers were friendly and helpful throughout the experience and the mechanic took the time to show me the repairs he was going to do and afterwards showed me his finished work and talked about tips on how to prevent from happening again. Easy to schedule too. Perfect experience."

"This location is very unprofessional. I scheduled a 12 pm appointment for 11/26/23. I had the ability to check in after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Once I checked in with Kyle a store employee, he asked if I was, going to drop my car off or wait for it. I informed them that I would wait. He later mentioned that there were several other cars in front of me that were in to receive tire service as well. (total of 2) I had no problem with waiting. I later overheard Kyle mention to another customer who was there waiting for 2 hours that they didn’t have the tires that he needed in stock. After hearing that, I got up and went to the front to speak to their technician to confirm if they had my tires in stock because I did not want to go through the same situation as the other customer did. Per the technician, my tire size was in stock, and he just serviced two other cars with the same size, so I had nothing to worry about. So, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, Kyle came to inform me that they only had 3 out of the 4 tires in stock and that he took my car down and brought it back to the front for me to leave. Kyle did not provide good service or even try to resolve the issue. He could have offered one of many options: • Could have offered to call another store to see if they have all 4 tires in stock • Could have offered to place the 3 that were in stock on my car and to come back when the 4th one was available • Provide some type of apology or compensation for future service, considering the amount of time that was lost Before any store checks a customer in, you should confirm that you all have inventory to service your customer so that valuable time is not lost and not blame the website for providing misleading information. I’m so happy that I did not prepay for my services because that would have been another 7-14 business days for my credit card to be refunded because of their negligence! I hope this review reaches corporate ASAP, so they are aware of how their store is being run. Lastly, this location did not deserve any stars. But the only way I would be able to post my review was to select a rating."

"Anthony, the general manager at this location has a mechanic background he’s just not front of the house. He spoke to me directly about the concerns with my vehicle and gave me the best recommendations while offering great value. I continue to go to Pep Boys knowing that I’m gonna get great service at a great value and technically sound work that is always guaranteed. I would recommend Anthony and his team for any vehicle maintenance and tires."
