"I was at this shop over a year ago just getting an oil change, first visit. Was in the middle of moving couldn’t do it myself. When checking out the service writer said oh and btw your brakes are getting pretty close. I looked puzzled. I had just replaced my front pads and rotors just weeks prior and my rear brakes were drums. So I said, oh you took the rear drums off to inspect my shoes? (No they didn’t for an oil change only) because the front is brand new. He had a shocked look on his face then said just passing along information just letting you know. While I was in the waiting room every single customer at the counter needed a lot of suggested work I was overhearing. Take it or leave it, I was surprised to see so many good reviews here. Not sure why my experience was questionable. Maybe they had non trustworthy tech or two there at the time."
