"Let me just start off by saying that I’ve eaten from this place many times and NEVER had my food come back looking the way it just did. Food was sloppy and GREASY AS HELL!!! I ordered 2 steak tacos and was sent one and when I called I spoke to Maria and for every complaint all she did was make up bogus excuses and disregarded me wanting my money back even after I explained how loyal of a customer I was and how disappointing my food was when I got it. Maria was very argumentative on the phone and I was being cordial. She had a very “anyway” attitude about her. Sorry to say, from now on I’ll be eating from Pepe’s. Y’all had me til y’all did this to me."

"So I always order from here and today I order an XLarge pizza just cheese and when I pick up the pizza, I brought it home my son ate some and we realized it had pepperoni. I called and they said that they would make a new pizza but to bring the one we had. I had never in my life had to return food that was opened and touched. The lady in the front was rude and very unprofessional she said it was on the receipt to return the food for exchange of food, It was an order that they messed up. On the receipt it says to return untouched food, I told her my son ate some pieces but she still wanted it. This will definitely be the last time I order from here."

"The staff - Rude! Pizza - Raw! Fries - dry and taste like cardboard! Restaurant - Dirty (smelled like mold)! Would I recommend this rat hole - NO!! Did I mentioned staff - rude and probably single)! They should be ashamed of themselves, and they will never fit the shoes of 18th st. Pizza Nova in front of Harrison Park. More like PIZZA NO-NO!"
