"Tips312 is the best nail salon in the city, hands down. What REALLY sets them apart from the rest is that all the techs are great at what they do! In the past I'd recommend a place and tell the person that they had to go to ONE TECH ONLY - avoiding all others, but that just isn't the case here. I've sat in multiple chairs and can attest to it! Go ahead and book you an appointment, you won't regret it :)"

"Arrived today for my 12pm appointment with Leslie. I was informed she was wrapping up with her previous client. I clearly see her just applying the overlay for the client. Nonetheless I wait 15 additional minutes. No apologies or communication was given during this time. Around 12:18 I am called back to sit in the pedicure chair but I ask “how long will it be before I am service because I refuse to sit at the bowl if my nail tech isn’t ready and I don’t want to be seen by someone I didn’t book with.” Eventually I’m informed that she would be another 30 minutes. That’s incredibly insane. On top of that I’m offered “a discount” for the inconvenience. This is beyond poor customer service but rather a clear indication of poor professionalism. Making a customer wait almost an hour to be serviced is unacceptable and not indicative of a quality business, especially without advanced notice. I wasted my time and money commuting to/from this place. I will not be back nor recommend others to this salon."

"I’ve been twice so far after a wonderful first experience. I went with my in laws to support the business. We were met by the owner to ensure we were properly set up. She was friendly, welcoming and personable. The nail artists who attended to us took their time to ensure they delivered high quality service. This is the first manicure I’ve had that lasted more than 2 weeks. Both Camille and Essence were very thorough yet didn’t forget to bring their personalities to the table to initiate good conversation. With each visit, I received personal recommendations to ensure the health of my feet and nails. I felt personally taken care of which I value immensely in selecting businesses to regularly patron. I definitely plan on being a long-time customer!"
