Thank goodness i kept looking...we are paying cash and i think they would have rather felt with insurance claims. Not sure what happened and why i wasn't a priority. "I've just had a pretty amazing experience at Doug autobody. I've been passing this non descript joint for so many years it has long since faded into the background of Collinsville. Last week I traveled to a few different places and got quotes for a bumper and grill replacement for a Volkswagen. Parts are hard to come by, but not impossible. Doug found parts for my car and quoted me a price that was lower than his competitors. Competitors also quoted me two weeks to TWO MONTHS before the work would be done. I went with Doug's autobody because I prefer to support local businesses and because the entire experience from quote to leaving with a brand new painted bumper was less than seven days. Every step of the way Doug called to let me know of any hiccups along the way and even offered to send back a part that was delivered in less than perfect condition. (I was okay with keeping it) Doug and his crew also noticed some lights were out and one of my blinkers was misbehaving and fixed them practically free of charge. My car looks as good as the day I bought it and I couldn't find be happier. If I ever need bodywork again, this is my only stop."
