"Ashley the cashier wouldn’t sell me alcohol after saying my ID photo didn’t look like me. I then proceed to show her my FOID card so a second government issued form of ID and she still wouldn’t accept it. I am a 23 year woman and am appalled at the way she treated me like I was a child. She then told me the only way my ID could be me was if I lost 20 lbs in a year. Turns out, I have a medical condition that is causing unexplained weight loss and I have lost 20 lbs in a year. She completely disrespected me with a store full of customers. She was so disrespectful, people in line felt the need to stand up for me. Ashley needs to learn how to treat people with respect. What more could she want besides TWO government issued ID’s?? My family lives across the street and frequented this gas station often but that will NOT be happening anymore."
"This used to be one of the best gas stations in the area but all of a sudden everything is being scalped and price gouged and their gas is some of the most expensive in the area even compared to privately owned stations who are usually a quarter higher than everybody else. If you're going to screw people by charging them venue style pricing on everything at least give them live music or a movie to watch."
