All I’d ask is, when offering additional services, to first ask the customer if they’re interested, and if so, if they could remove and inspect components (including the interior) instead of jumping the gun. Otherwise the worker who attended to my vehicle did great."
"New to the area and my first time at this Valvoline. Phillip was super kind- my car is a little beat up and has some things wrong with it structurally (which I’ve been a bit embarrassed about going to a mechanic of any kind as a result) but I desperately needed to get an oil change and a tune up. I always feel like I’m going to have someone push services on me but not at all the case here (I know where I’ll be retuning when I have the additional funds to get what I need done though)! Thanks to him I felt comfortable and like things were being well taken care of. My wife went the day before me and she was also helped by Philip and had great things to say.
