“Stayed here in late July 2022 (finally getting around to writing review). Lovely family run hotel with great staff. They pick up their guests at the pier also but we didn't avail of this as wanted to explore the island straightaway. Had a late request to them (evening before) to see if they could do anything special with the room for my partner's birthday, and they did as asked and more. Came back in the evening to find they had left us a box of Lily O' Brien chocolates also, which was really nice and unexpected as they'd already fulfilled the other request. We didn't have dinner here but had dessert, which was beautiful (and a really big serving!). Spoke with others who had had dinner there and they said the food was beautiful. We were only on Inishbofin for a one-night trip but disappointed couldn't have stayed longer. There was also a music session in the bar the evening we were there, which was a Thursday evening. Overall, an enjoyable stay!”

“Stuart and Rose are some of the kindest owners we have met on our trip. Make sure to visit the pub for a pint of Guinness. Wish we had scheduled time to stay longer. Absolutely loved this place.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were escorted to our room and given fresh cake and tea. The Sun Terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best Full Irish breakfasts that I've had.”

The property was beautiful, I can't even imagine a more scenic view than the one we had from our room window. If we ever end up in Ireland again, I will make a point of staying there!”

“From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Brian Sutton who welcomed us as if we’re arriving at his home. From there on it only got better. Every team member we met made us feel like family and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at ease. “I have never stayed, but I have visited the restaurant several times. It is always lovely. Food is consistently excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself is very pleasant: airy, spacious and quiet. If you are driving (and I'm not sure there is any practical alternative), there is plenty of parking available right outside the door. I am always rather bemused by the name: it is nowhere close to having a view of the airport. But that is about the worst thing I can find to say about it. Recommended.”

“Ash Tree is a wonderful boarding kennels which I have used many times. My two dogs are always happy there and seem to enjoy their holidays at Ash Tree. They are treated as part of a family by the staff at Ash Tree, who have amazing animal husbandry skills. I rate Ash Tree very highly as a boarding kennels as the staff are highly committed and the environment is wonderful.”

“I can't fault a single thing. The common areas are tastefully decorated, warm and inviting. The staff are professional without being too formal and very friendly/helpful. The room was super clean and incredibly spacious (i've had smaller apartments). The bed and furnishings were top class and comfortable. The bathroom was hyper clean. The jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower were exquisite. This hotel pays attention to all the small details in a way that anyone else I've stayed with recently, does not come close to. The breakfast was so good with a very solid vegan option. The best breakfast I've had in a hotel potentially ever. Exceptional value for money and I can't wait to return.”

“My friend and myself walked into the Park and it was like walking into a great big hug.We have just had a three night stay.Our room was beautiful and big with all its little treasures. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and the food was just to die for go on a diet before you go down because you’ll come back half a stone heavier. The spa is one of the best I’ve ever been in and came out feeling wonderful. Can’t wait to get back. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.”

“This is one of the best hotels in Killarney. We have visited this hotel multiple times throughout the years. It is kept to an extremely high standard. Staff are eccentric and the service in my view is 5 Star not 4 star. The only negative about this hotel is the stars are 4 and I believe it should be a 5 Star hotel it is so great. The location is ideal and it is about a 30 minute walk to the town centre. It is not far from the Killarney National Park either. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Killarney. I would highly recommend this hotel for afternoon tea, your wedding venue or even just a romantic weekend away. There is nothing bad about this hotel and it is very family friendly also. I would highly recommend a visit to this hotel. We have never been disappointed with a stay here.”

“Most comfortable bed I ever slept in ( and I travel a lot!) Staff very friendly. Breakfast I didn't like at all and find it un such a hotel not correct to charge extra if you ask for a cappuccino. Also I didn't find it very... easy likening hot lost towards my room so many times and especially after a couple drinks...”

“The hotel itself was beautiful, in the middle of the town, close to the cinema, shoos etc. Parking however was very limited do had to park in a near-by carpark which made it difficult with bags , pram and all that goes with baby. Overall however, it wad a very comfortable, friendly and relaxed experience”

“The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 3 minute walk to the main street and shopping. It is east to access anything in town by walking from it. The room (King Suite) was big and clean and you were greeted with a handwritten postcard. Bathroom was big, beds were comfortable and the TV had netflix which we greatly appreciated. Staff was friendly and the price was fair! Our only note was the window had 0 view since we were looking at a concrete wall and we heard pigeons from it but certainly wasn’t a big issue since it still earned 5-stars. The provided water was the best tasting we had throughout our trip and the chocolates were such a nice surprise! Definitely recommend.”
