"Customer service was amazing throughout and the food in the Lake Room restaurant was superb (better than The Europe Hotel in our opinion). Fabulous spacious bedroom room opening onto a terrace. The heated stone beds in Spa to relax on after daily activities were superb with 3 types of Sauna to choose from. Also having a pool and Jacuzzi, this hotel is worth the money. Maura in Restaurant /Bar Management really stood out by ensuring we had a memorable and enjoyable stay. We really did get the feeling staff were looking for ways to ensure all guests had a wonderful time, well done guys!"

"During my stay at the Aghadoe Heights with my daughter Gillian, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided by all the staff. From the stunning decor to the luxurious amenities, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. Les the manager, Martin in the restaurant and Patricia at reception went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable, from making restaurant reservations to arranging transportation around the town. "This was the perfect weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. The lakeside room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. We had dinner in the Lake View restaurant and the food was amazing - as was our breakfast each morning. We enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent- topped off with sorbet and herbal tea afterwards to relax before heading back to the hotel room. The best part of our stay was the staff! Each and every person treated us warmly, were incredibly detailed in their service, and made our experience worthwhile. Highly recommended and we can’t wait until we get a chance to return ◡̈"

"We had an amazing time at the Aghadoe Heights Hotel. Definately a 5 star plus for us. Staff were so friendly and so accommodating. Hotel is amazing with amazing views. Food was absolutely delicious. The Spa was unreal. Tanya did my facial n massage. She was amazing and made me feel so special in my birthday. Overall I would highly highly recommend it and will definitely be returning next year.
