“Kyle was so obliging in seeing me last minute when I thought I was having clutch problems. Rang him on Thursday evening (outside office hours too) and he got back to me within minutes and saw me the following morning. When I arrived to collect the car, I was greeted with a smile and friendly chat. I got a full invoice emailed to me breaking everything down ahead of picking the car up so I knew exactly what had been done and what the charges were, but he also took me through everything again before paying which I appreciated. He checked everything with the clutch, found and resolved the issue, and then gave the full car an inspection to make sure there weren't any other issues. Very kindly replaced my wipers for me too which were long overdue. Overall, I couldn't fault the experience - a very reasonably priced, friendly and professional service. “This is my third experience with Carcraft, here's how it went. You be the judge. On Sunday I noticed hat my car had been vandalised, and the wing mirror ripped off. On Monday I I called Carcraft, got a quote and booked my car in. On Tuesday morning at 08:30 I dropped my car off. (this is early opening was very handy because I was still able to get to work on time). Tuesday afternoon my car was ready for collection. All for a very reasonable price (less than my insurance co-payment). The repair was carried out perfectly. If I could give a six star review I would. These guys are great. Brilliant service, top workmanship, great price. I have used them before and would use them again. Highly recommend.”

“I can honestly recommend Robinhood Motors to anyone. Robinhood Motor guys are professional, quick. Reasonable prices. I found them a couple of years ago. Official VW garage could not fix the problem but Robinhood Motors did it quick. From this point I became a customer of them and no disappointment. “While vacationing in Ireland in September 2019 I had the misfortune of curbing my rental car and blowing out the front left tire. Dingle Tyre Center did not have that tire in stock but the owner Ted Browne told me he could have one there the next morning at ten AM. At 10 AM Ted pulled into his shop with the new tire in his car and installed it in short order. It is hard to know who to trust when you are traveling but I know that Ted took good care of me and I would do business with him again.”
