"Kyle was so obliging in seeing me last minute when I thought I was having clutch problems. Rang him on Thursday evening (outside office hours too) and he got back to me within minutes and saw me the following morning. When I arrived to collect the car, I was greeted with a smile and friendly chat. I got a full invoice emailed to me breaking everything down ahead of picking the car up so I knew exactly what had been done and what the charges were, but he also took me through everything again before paying which I appreciated. He checked everything with the clutch, found and resolved the issue, and then gave the full car an inspection to make sure there weren't any other issues. Very kindly replaced my wipers for me too which were long overdue. Overall, I couldn't fault the experience - a very reasonably priced, friendly and professional service.
