“Staff are ways friendly and consider when arriving. They're always chat to you whilst you wait on your order and very accommodating with what you want to make your meal tasty. I've never had a bad thing to say, both having takeaway collecting from the store to even having it delivered to myself. A really nice place. The interior may need another redecorating but.. all in all doesn't affect you if you're just there to take and go.”

“Been using this takeaway for the last 2 months, ordered various dishes, all have been fantastic, only downside the chips are very dry for some reason, so after ordering them three times, finding them to be the same, no longer order them. But still highly recommend as the quality of the mains and sides we've had have been excellent.”

“Excellent in every way! We ordered two burgers (P.D and P-Double-D) and one portion of fries… Totally delicious, well presented and delivered quicker than expected. It’s a nice touch the packaging is biodegradable. The P-Double-D is a monster! Only way I could improve the experience would be to order it for delivery at Pour House, to enjoy with a pint..!”

“Warm and friendly. Staff were amazing and the GreenKings app help me pick food that didn't contain any dairy. Food was served quickly, hot and there was so much of it. Well worth the price. Would highly recommend if you can get out that way.”

“Visited for the gourmet burger night and wasn't disappointed, burger was delicious, good sized portions and reasonably priced. The cakes/waffles and cheesecakes are also incredibly delicious if not a little bit naughty! Staff are also very friendly and accommodating, will be visiting again!”

“Hi I have lived hessle road all my life and I have to say this is %100 the best take away by far in hull, been inside the shop and it’s spotless and staff are great with customers and today I met the owner sammi and what a lovely bloke, great tasty food and excellent service so I would recommend this to anyone and I guarantee they will be happy :)”

“We were just of the Rotterdam to Hull boat, so breakfast was important. We were greeted by a friendly manager who explained the possibilities and prices. It was essentially a no fuss experience and we were glad of a decent cuppa and some good food. We were even entertained by the peacock preening itself outside. Pleasant and recommended experience.”

“This is the wife's favourite Chinese, she loves a spicy curry and this place does a nice deep hot one. Not my favourite unfortunately, I like a nice sweet and sour but this one is a bit too much sour and not enough sweet for me. It's all down to personal taste I suppose. They do a nice foo Yung. That's what I tend to get lol.”
