“The team at Gallipots took great care of my husky Kaizer on this first visit to them. He’d never been to the groomers before and doesn’t like been bathed or brushed. I informed them of his dislike for this so they could put him at ease. When I went to pick him up an hour later he came out wagging his tail and looking so clean and fresh. They updated me on how he’d found it and assured me that he’d now been a pain! Great service from all involved.”

“Wasn't sure what to expect when Inca, my Gsd, had her referral. She had been referred after badly lacerating her foot and has ligament damage. The treatment is to strengthen her leg and build muscle back up. She was a bit nervous at first but soon overcame this as the staff are so friendly and it's such a calming atmosphere. Inca goes in the Hydrotherapy tank with a treadmill in it, after having 3 sessions so far she is really happy going in it and seems to enjoy her sessions. We have noticed an improvement in the strength in her leg, my daughter commented on how well she is walking now compared to how she was. I have also noticed an improvement in her when walking in the tank, this shows again that there is a build up in strength. We have a long way to go but with the treatment she gets here I'm positive we will get there. Thank you for guys for all you have done so far. If anyone is thinking of this treatment for their dog go for it you won't regret it.”

The vet Mr Lukasz Dsiabek, was very caring and understanding. He put or minds at rest and gave her a thorough examination.”

“Could not recommend enough! Took my 10 month old cane corso, Cerberus for his first time proper groom. The staff were absolutely amazing, could not thank them enough, so patient and went by his according, when he was ready as he was very nervous been his first time. His coat has never been so soft and clean, He looks so fresh and smells amazing! I’m very happy with the outcome and will definitely be coming again!”

“My German Shepherd Zeus love going to the salon, he molts that much we can fill a shopping bag when we groom him so it's important he gets groomed properly. When he's finished he looks like he's been to slimming world he is that slim. Highly recommend that you use this service especially if your dog sheds his hair as often as ours.”

“For Christmas my partner got me a terrarium and all the equipment for me to get a little friend. We'd visited John Paul Exotics earlier in the year just for a browse and really enjoyed the experience so decided to go back to have a look around. We couldn't have been looked after more and John was so knowledgeable. I was torn between a Bearded Dragon and a Gecko and after explaining this to John and asking for more info he let me hold one of the baby crested geckos and I immediately fell in love. I was able to hold the gecko for around 20 minutes and could keep asking questions. After deciding on getting the gecko that day, John helped us get the remaining supplies we needed and made sure we got what was best rather than just what was the most expensive. John was very attentive to everyone in the shop and we couldn't have been happier. We will definitely return here for any future needs for my new friend and I'm sure we will get more animals in the future from here due to the exceptional service we received.”

Our three canine pets love their stays at Woofles and return home happy, healthy and full of life. The downside of the high quality Woofles experience is that it's getting pretty popular, but deservedly so.”
