Jess on reception helped me to find a room for an additional night q couple of times. Linda at breakfast always asked how the previous day was and ensured breakfast was going well. Cornelia and Anne Marie at the dinner service were friendly and efficient even when fully booked. Can't recommend this hotel more highly purely based on the staff named above.”

The day before we stayed we had a phone call to ask if it was a special occasion, it was my daughters birthday, they put treats in my daughters room and gave her a card. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in and that is down to the staff.”

(Viktor rang us the day before and sorted some goodies in our room as it was my partners birthday) The key card machine wasn't working so the staff had to let us into our room each time. Despite this all the staff were positive and chatty. (Even with the heat and being fully booked!) The food was delicious and the lady who served us in the evening was brilliant (I didn't catch her name!) It was so lovely to sit outside in the evening in the cuddle pods. Breakfast was lovely and again the breakfast team were chatty and lovely. We had a wonderful stay and each member of your team is an asset to the hotel.”

So grateful as it was the first time I’ve left him with someone outside of my family to go on holiday and it gave me such peace of mind to see pics and videos of him having the most fun time ever on walks every day and asleep on her sofa at night, he really made himself at home!
