“Great service. Been using them for years. Can often beat the main players exclusive holidays. Same flight and hotel but better price. If you want to talk to them on the phone. No call centre to go through. Just a good local company providing a great friendly service.”

“Your staff are a credit to you so friendly always smiling couldn't be more helpful I attended the wedding of Lauren and Robert crouch and from the moment I entered the hotel to see the venue, I was amazed, winter wonderland theme was stunning, down to Lauren and helpers and co op from your excellent staff, everything went like clockwork, food, service, nothing was too much trouble,staff worked so hard for a very long day, one lady I have to mention is your wedding planner that lady never stopped walking round picking up clearing anything that looked out of place for at least 12 hours that I witnessed, she deserves a very big thank you and a medal WELL DONE ,you have certainly got it all ,venue, staff, food, excellent, hope I have a second visit soon, here's to 2023 xx”

“This review is a hard one..... Everything is just 100% perfect. Great location.... On entering everything.. Is spotless our room was well above average. Shower was very refreshing... Me and my wife decided to have dinner here same again cooked to perfection. Good choice of food and beverages there is a out side garden area with modern furnishings and a nice pond made for a relaxing night there is also its own wedding venue making for a lovely remainder of your special day To sum up Every member of the team,was extremely helpful and worked well in keeping all visitors happy...... Then became morning Breakfast lovely you had cooked. There was fruit. Pastries and tea coffee juices. Would I go back? YESSSSS such a good experience if you have not been here before you are missing out Photos of our dinner”

“Room was amazing great size, comfy bed and has aircon. Being in center of town you do get noise from pubs/clubs near by at weekends but room that comfy we even managed to fall asleep well listening to music from across street”
