"went here for a wake. we had an open bar and a buffet. the food was lovely, being a chef myself i was very impressed with the buffet spread - not a bad word to say in regards of the food! the only downfall is i was rather disappointed when i went to the bar to get a drink and was told that by the server ‘i’m done now, i’m just waiting for you all to leave’. no last orders was called. i found this comment rather rude if i’m honest. other than that everything was lovely. just a shame to receive that comment when i went to order a drink."

Absolutely fabulous Sunday dinner,very fresh and extremely good quality lamb. on a late bank holiday weekend, five of us dropped in for dinner, expecting it to be too late, instead we were warmly greeted by the extremely friendly and attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us, what a hidden gem of a place, will definitely return if we go back to Hornsea."
