“Out tap in the kitchen started to drip, we were told by various people we needed brand new ones, so i gave Howden@s a call and spoke to a man called Lee he was so helpful to me and said lets try a few things first, he thought it just needed the new inners to the hot & cold tap so he ordered them for me, nothing was too much trouble a delight to get someone as helpful, my husband fitted them. Job successful no more dripping tap. So a big shout out to Lee who has solved our problem he was really helpful, i will be a returning customer. Thanks again Lee for all your help that day. “Took a chance on an in store experience, no items on display again (wanted a gaming pc) given 5 stars as the young lady at the desk knew her stuff, found what we were looking for on their website and narrowed it down to four PC setups for us based on our wants and budget. We were then able to go home and decide between the four pcs and have ordered one for our sons birthday. Had I known more, I would normally avoid it in store, but this time, thanks to the staff member, it was worthwhile. Love currys products, and delivery was free the next day. We always purchase our technology from there, so overall, great experience this time.”
