I find the girls here to be always super helpful and friendly and its wonderful to have a store closer that having to go into Hobart. "Customer service is below average, went to return faulty product. Was told by the manager that photos needed to be taken of the product and sent to the manufacturer to review for a refund or exchange. Waited for response from the store, didn't get any so had to call them back for an update. Got told that an email had been sent to the manufacturer and still have to wait for a further review. Manager was supposed to get back to me when they received a response, but didn't and ended up getting a response through a different staff member on the phone whilst I could hear the manager talking to them in the background on the call. Couldn't understand why the manager didn't take the photos first and then give back the product for the mean time."
