“While touring around Tassie (from Queensland) on our bikes, I had bike issues (fork seal). We rang a few shops to see if we could get it fixed urgently, all replied with 'fully booked until late March'. We rang Reds and he agreed to fix it. He worked late on Thursday night to get my bike back on the road, I was without it for only half a day!! Fantastic job!! We then rang him the next afternoon as another bike broke down, he opened his workshop on Saturday and fixed it for us. His work was awesome, he explained and showed us the issues, and bonus - he didn't overcharge us either time even though we were in a desperate position!!! So amazing, I highly recommend him, great work and good prices !!”
