Halfway between Wynyard and Hobart, all of the warning lights on our 2021 Outback were activated - highly stressful having to drive for 1.5 hours not knowing what was wrong and if we would make it into Hobart. Thankfully we did! We drove straight into the Service Centre where the service team immediately took control - even though they were very busy and close to closing. The issue was isolated in no time and rectified by 0830 next morning. Before I left the Service Centre, Callum showed me the cause of the malfunction and how to fix it if it occurs again Brett, Tim, and Callum were polished, professional. Their immediate attention to our issue and their personalised service will be long remembered. We were able to return home that afternoon, on schedule, and the Outback performed brilliantly again.
