They are fantastic, I will be definitely getting all my crafts that I can possibly get from Crafties because I am so impressed with their professionalism, their communication their promptness, their courteousness, and their generosity. I have been a crafter from 40+ years and I have never dealt with such a wonderful company with such and awesome service as they provide. They certainly have a devoted customer in me now.
