“So, I visited the shop a week ago when staying in the Silos across the street. The wares include a number of leather goods, from wallets, to belts, to flops, to knife holders. There were a good deal of things that were quite nice here. Fact is, it was the first shop I stopped at in Raglan, so I didn't quite estimate correctly the gem I had found. I did not buy anything, but I so wish I had. Being from the States, there were a number of things, in this simple shop, that could have done well for gifts. I'll be back to Raglan to surf, and in doing so, will come back to Soul Shoes. If you are looking for boutique leather shops, this would suit you well. Oh, one other. Prices. I believe I saw things ranging from about $20 or so NZ $, up to well over $200 NZ $. A little bit for everyone. But, if you are on a budget and tight with cash, probably not the place for you.”

“Had to leave a review for the fantastic communication and service provided by the two girls working at the Chatwell mall store in Hamilton this afternoon. There was an aggressive lady demanding a refund or exchange for clearly worn shoes despite not having any receipt, original packaging, or proof of purchase. The girls on counter were extremely patient and calm, and were clearly communicating the information they needed, store policies, and offering next steps. It's not very often I send through compliments but these girls were outstanding - definitely keep them on.”

Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people.
