“Just want to say what fantastic customer service from Gary. I called for tyres to be replaced and it was done that afternoon. Very honest about what was required and offered to show me the tyres. On picking up my car I had an issue with my key and ignition. Gary got the car started for me and followed up with a call the next day to ensure I got home ok and that my spare key was working. Spoke to Stevie and he gave great advice on where to get a replacement if my dealer unable to replace. Excellent customer service from both guys.”

“Had mot and service done in January no issues and great price though he did say would need 2 front tyres in a few months so felt myself slipping last week so phoned him up didn’t have a clue about tyre size etc so he talked me through how to find it and discussed tyre options and prices booked in for next day then got in my car and had a message saying system failure and warning lights everywhere anyway they got it all sorted and didn’t cost the earth also felt as a woman who clearly had no idea about cars I wasn’t ripped off or taken advantage of everything was clearly explained including a picture of the problem would definitely recommend and will be my garage for anything else now can’t thank the owner enough he was so nice and happy with the price and drove to fife in the rain and could feel the difference with the new tyres no skidding or slipping when pulling away”

Everything was done quickly and they gave me a real mug of coffee (not a horrible machine/paper cup) and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. I'm very happy to recommend Airdrie Auto Solutions and tho they are not as close as other garages near me I will definitely be taking my car to them in the future.”

“My car had been at a garage for a diagnostic check and had a ball bearing replaced before I received the car. The previous garage advised my tyres were still legal but would need replacing soon. No mention of oil leak or any other problems. After receiving the car 3 weeks later, I contacted Drivers Autoline about an oil leak and a suspected fuel leak. They came and recovered the car, the guy who was driving the recovery truck immediately said "that's illegal, those tyres have threads showing, that would be 3 points on your license"...which I already knew from looking at how bald they were...so much for the previous garage saying they were still legal. The car itself was only worth £600 3 years ago so much less now, and after a very thorough diagnostics check the guys at Drivers informed me that due to the oil leak contaminating other parts of the engine, all of the repairs including the cost of recovery would come to £960. With 2 new tyres it would have been circa £1100. I wasnt willing to pay almost double what the car is worth to fix a 16 year old car so Drivers Autoline sorted the process of scrapping the car for me. No hassle from start to finish. When I finally get a younger, healthier car I will definitely be a loyal customer with these guys!”
