Premier Inn Glasgow (Hamilton) hotel
“Warm and comfortable room. Nice and easy for an overnight after working at a nearby hospital. Bathroom was also really spacious with brilliant walk in shower. Perfect after a long day. 2 restaurants below the hotel also as well as vending machines if needed. Also located next to a large Asda for any last minute buys.”
Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride (Nerston Toll) hotel
“Rooms was very neat and we had nice time there, McDonald, subway was just 2 mins away. We stayed there for 2 days the only concern was there was no room service atleast to fill the refreshments like coffee powder or milk, as I was only the person who drinks coffee twice a day. Overall, we enjoyed the stay especially kids had a great time. Thank you Premium inn.”
Premier Inn Glasgow Pacific Quay (SECC) hotel
“Absolutely wonderful stay, the staff were extremely accommodating given the event we were attending meant quite a lot of my peers were staying here. As it was a newer Premier Inn the accessible rooms were good and clean, lots of space to manoeuvre. The only minor annoyance was the room door was really heavy (I think that's a fire regulation thing). The hotel is by the river bridge so getting to the SECC was relatively straightforward.”

“Highly recommend you stay here. We went to see Paolo at the Hydro and it was a great base. Hydro walking distance and so many great bars and restaurants right outside the door. Liz was so welcoming and accommodating, the room was so nice and warm, big comfy bed, affordable. The 77 airport bus stops here too. Will definitely be back. Thanks Liz.”
Holiday Inn Express Hamilton, an IHG Hotel
“I personally stayed here with my family for 6 nights and we had an amazing experience with them. Huge parking and which to top it off is absolutely free. Nando's a stone's throw and Halal for all muslim fellows. Bibi, one of the receptionists was so courteous and welcoming and deserves a special mention. Lovely lovely lady. Breakfast includes alot of options including good cereal selection and access to instant coffee machine. You can also get Breakfast on the go in case you missed it. As I am tea person, tea is totally free and tea bags can be picked up 24/7 from the designated area. Rooms were nice, clean and tidy from the very first day. Hotel is not very far away from popular attractions like Drummond safari Park, M&D theme park and Loch lomond. Glasgow about 30 minutes away. Overall no complaints or suggestions on improvement.”
The Z Hotel
“Amazing hotel, one of my favourites in Glasgow, rooms are small but not suffocating, set out really well, staff are lovely, been given a discount on rooms and upgrades for visiting more than once. Great for a romantic city trip, right on the edge of George Square and same road as Queen St Station, down the road from Buchanan Bus Station and about a 10/15 min walk from Central Station. Make sure you check out the bathrooms, though, glass sliding doors with enough privacy for a partner but not enough for family!!! They also do cheese and wine for free past 6.30pm if you book directly with them!”
Premier Inn Glasgow Bearsden hotel
“Lovely place, there is another premier inn 500m away but this is better plus the greene Kong pub next door is great. An also and home bargains is close by and a macdolands. The roads are horendous”
Premier Inn Glasgow (Milngavie) hotel
“Excellent hotel. Left my earbud there which were like 200 pounds. I rang to see if they had them and the lass on the phone was class. They are now posting them to my house as I like in Newcastle. Excellent touch and will definitely be stopping there again when working close by. Thanks very much”
Albion Hotel
“This is a simple, but comfortable, clean, and modern hotel just off Great Western Road with great links to transportation (subway) and walkable everywhere in the West End. The staff is lovely and helpful, and the breakfast is nice. The room I had was a small double, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Very honest budget hotel. I'd stay again!”

Crowne Plaza Glasgow, an IHG Hotel
“Stayed for 2 nights for a trade union conference. It's a big modern hotel with a big car park, gym, restaurant and bar. 15 floors of bedrooms and conference room facilities. The room was big, clean, great views of the river Clyde, food was excellent. And all the staff we're very helpful.”
voco Grand Central Glasgow, an IHG Hotel

Premier Inn Glasgow Braehead hotel
“Absolutely brilliant staff - very friendly, above & beyond. Rooms very clean & comfortable I could not fault it. Shower nice & hot. Restaurant staff all brilliant & very helpful. Tomasz on reception helped me with bus service, getting me some soya milk after work for a cup of tea, answered all the questions I asked him & he was very friendly & approachable. All the girls in the restaurant were amazing . I also have to mention Ronnie who on my first night there made a special effort to chat to me making sure I was attended to & that I had everything I needed - Top bloke! The food was amazing - compliments to the chef & to all the kitchen staff & to my liking. I would definitely come here again & spread the word to friends family & colleagues.”
Holiday Inn Express Glasgow Airport, an IHG Hotel
“Booked here as we had an early flight, got off to a bad start as we arrived at Holiday Inn and were informed by a dour faced receptionist that we were at the wrong hotel . It was pitch black and teaming rain, so please be aware of this when booking that there's also Holiday Inn Express. The rooms at Holiday Inn Express are very clean, big comfy bed and plenty towels. The staff are all lovely, excellent customer service.”
Premier Inn Glasgow (Paisley) hotel
“We had an unfortunate situation whereby my 74-year-old grandmother made a booking for the wrong dates. This was for a relocation from England to Scotland. Once I had checked and realized, I informed her to make contact with central booking immediately. The operator she spoke with, Ann, responded in a very calm, professional manner and after checking the availability for our correct dates, made the necessary adjustments to our booking. Please pass on our gratitude to Ann on our behalf, the level of customer care she displayed was outstanding.”

“This is the second time we stay at the Ambassador, the first one in 2018, but it won't be the last. Great location. Breakfast was just delicious, best scrambled eggs ever! And David was extra nice and helpful. So hopefully we'll come back soon.”

Holiday Inn Express Glasgow - City Ctr Riverside, an IHG Hotel
“Stayed for a night after going to a concert. Yvonne and Georgios the night staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They took care of everything for me and even went above and beyond when I had a few problems. Customer service was fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in the area. Rooms are comfortable and a decent size. The location is great as well. Fairly central and plenty of shops nearby for anything that you can't get at the hotel. Also within walking distance of the OVO Hydro and the nearby football stadiums if you have a gig/game. Overall a great experience. Made so much better by the amazing staff. Keep up the great work and thanks.”
Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (George Square) hotel
“Great location for the city centre. Upgraded to new Premier Plus rooms - very good. Enjoyed the use of the fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and Ultimate wifi. I understand not having the room cleaned / towels changed every day unless you ask BUT I think amenities in the room should be re-stocked automatically every day (tea bags, coffee, water) as they're included in the cost of the upgrade. Good customer service from staff.”
Premier Inn Glasgow Airport hotel
“It's a good hotel with a BP petrol station and a shop nearby. Rooms are pretty good, but one of the beds were pretty hard. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very helpful. I'd definitely come back here again if I am flying from Glasgow Airport.”
Holiday Inn Express Glasgow - City Ctr Theatreland, an IHG Hotel
“Very nice hotel. Pleasant and helpful receptionists and everyone else I met there. The room was clean and well set up, with a very comfortable bed and a real chair for sitting on, which seems strangely missing in many hotels these days. The breakfast was great. All in all, definitely a good place for a city centre stay. Very handy for the airport bus too!”
