"I use Premier Inns because I know I can get food until 10pm so I was disappointed to find the restaurant had closed at 7:30pm (for staff training). If I'd have been informed I could have eaten on the way. I was offered phone numbers of takeaways but were quite far away and not walking distance. The room also smelt of smoke."

"Comfortable bed and spacious room as you'd expect from a Premier Inn, nice and peaceful too despite proximity to the A80. Well located for motorway acces etc but a bit overpriced given out of town location. Lacking in attention to detail, batteries stone dead in remote control, cups that clearly hadn't been washed and one towel in a room for 2 people. Quickly rectified by the front desk, except the cup which never appeared, but nonetheless 3 trips to reception I shouldn't have had to make. As ever Premier Inn - please bring back proper toilet rolls."

"Rooms clean as always but our disabled room looked very tired. Staff super friendly and helpful but really annoying that, as every trip we have to premier Inn, the free WiFi was not working. Staff very apologetic but couldn't help."
