"Spent two weeks here and it was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and quiet. As a disabled wheelchair bound guest the bathroom is probably the most important room for me and theirs was great. We had a fully accessible bath with shower and I was able to do what I needed easily. There were so many handles to choose from so I could get in and out of the bath. The staff even came to warn me, in advance, that a fire drill was planned and not to panic."

"This is a bit out on a limb, but is easy to access the centre of Paisley by bus. I didn't like the black mould/rust round the bath plug hole, or the condensation dripping from the bathroom extractor fan, but everything else was as you'd expect in a PI. Breakfast and dinner next door were excellent."

"We had an unfortunate situation whereby my 74-year-old grandmother made a booking for the wrong dates. This was for a relocation from England to Scotland. Once I had checked and realized, I informed her to make contact with central booking immediately. The operator she spoke with, Ann, responded in a very calm, professional manner and after checking the availability for our correct dates, made the necessary adjustments to our booking. Please pass on our gratitude to Ann on our behalf, the level of customer care she displayed was outstanding."

"Very good. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating to our questions and needs. Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Shower is amazing. Its was funny that we got Room 101."

"One of the best I've stayed in. Great welcome room immaculate and comfy. Food in the attached Restaurant was excellent all fresh, hot and very generous. The staff were all brilliant proper service by all. HUGE shout out to Ross a fantastic credit to your Organisation who helped make a personal traumatic few days stay go without a hitch."
