“Was at Brodies today with my four sisters for cocktails before a meal, the person behind the bar, sorry I didn’t get his name,was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable about the cocktail ingredients, he went above and beyond even sourcing mint for our cocktails when it had run out by acquiring it from a nearby shop ensuring that our cocktail experience wasn’t ruined. After our meal from a local restaurant we returned for more drinks due to the first class service we had received previously, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others due to the warm welcome.”

“Food is great. Owners and staff are lovely. Be aware though, because it's so popular, if you book a 6pm slot it's for 2 hours and no more. A lot of smaller restaurants do that though, so it wasn't a problem for us.”

“I have lived about five minutes walk from the Park bar for nearly ten years and passed by it on the bus every day. To look at from the outside I assumed it was just a run of the mill dingy old man pub and had no idea that they served food and welcomed children. In my opinion it should be made very clear that it does. Upon entering the bar I was surprised at how modern, bright and inviting the whole place is. Down at the seating area where the meals are served looks very nice with lovely decor and is spotlessly clean. The staff are lovely and table service is the norm here. My children and I all had lovely meals with not a spot left on anyone's plate. There was football on the TV when we were in but the bar was not too rowdy at all. I would recommend the Park Bar to anyone looking for a really tasty pub meal. I'm just sad I never knew of this place earlier or I'd have been lots of times as I plan on doing in the future. Great grub, beer and welcoming and helpful staff.”

“Highly recommend and book this place for one of the best steakhouses, there is an offer inside after seated and the staff will tell you the details. Both the ribeye and sirloin steaks were cooked to perfection, sides, sauce and desserts was tasty.”
